Terms & Conditions – Zenfrix Edtech

Welcome to Zenfrix Edtech (“we,” “our,” “us”). By enrolling your child, accessing our services, or signing an agreement with Zenfrix, you (“Parent,” “Student,” or “School”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Enrollment & Eligibility

Enrollment is open to students through partnered schools only.
Schools must enter into a formal Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Zenfrix before services are activated.
Enrollment is compulsory where the school has mandated participation.

2. Services Provided

Zenfrix offers the following integrated services as a complete package:

Animated Lessons (KG–12)
Tinkering Labs
Projector Room Setup
Teacher Training
ERP System for School Management
School Website & Digital Marketing Support

Services cannot be availed separately and are delivered as part of the Zenfrix School Program.

3. Payment Terms

Full advance payment is required at the time of enrollment.
Payments are collected directly from students/parents or as agreed with the school.
All payments must be made via approved methods (bank transfer, online payment gateway, or cash collection authorized by Zenfrix).
Fees once collected are non-refundable under any circumstances.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

No refunds will be issued once enrollment is confirmed and payment is received.
Cancellation requests post-enrollment will not be entertained.

5. Delivery of Services

ERP/App Access will be provided to students within 7 days of enrollment.
Physical Setups (labs and projectors) will be installed within 15 days post-MOU and payment.
Teacher training sessions and support will be scheduled in coordination with the school management.

6. ERP/App Usage Policy

Each student will receive a unique login ID.
Login credentials are non-transferable and must not be shared.
Misuse of credentials may result in suspension of access without refund.
Parents/schools are responsible for ensuring students use the platform responsibly.

7. Intellectual Property

All animated lessons, training content, ERP software, and related materials remain the intellectual property of Zenfrix.
Schools, teachers, parents, or students are not permitted to copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the content without prior written approval.

8. Limitation of Liability

Zenfrix shall not be held liable for disruptions caused by:
- Internet outages
- Device malfunction
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, etc.)
While every effort is made to provide accurate and updated content, Zenfrix does not guarantee specific academic results.

9. Disclaimer

Zenfrix is a learning support partner. Final responsibility for student performance rests with the school and parents.
We do not replace school curriculum but supplement it with technology-enabled tools.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes arising shall fall under the jurisdiction of Jaipur, Rajasthan courts only.

11. Policy Updates

Zenfrix reserves the right to update or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be published on our official website and communicated to schools.
